The staff of the hotel is so nice and helpful during my check-in process. In addition, I had an issue with my online order for something at night and I need to look for a Japanese staff to help asap. The lady staff at front desk was patiently and carefully looking into my request and finally sorted out my question successfully. Thank you very much for your great help indeed!

Good connection to public transport (several bus stations nearby, including nonstop connections to most famous sights; ca. 13 minutes on foot to Miyazaki Station). Bathroom and breakfast area felt a bit more spacious than in comparable hotels. Guests travelling with a laptop and/or other electronic devices will be happy about the many outlets, USB ports, and LAN cable.

The hotel was modern, comfortable, and well located. The breakfast was simple, but very well executed. We stayed in five hotels over the course of a week and I think the Comfort Hotel Miyazaki was as good or better than the others. The breakfast food was hot, fresh, and tasty. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and clean.

Though it was a bit far from the station, and it was raining on the day I arrived, it was more or less right next to a Mega Don Quijote. Perfect if you're looking to score some cheap food and snacks. I kind of had to take the taxi to get to my hotel. And back to the station again.

Family room with Twin Bed was huge compare Hakata Fukuoka, normal breakfast. Check in was fast, surrounding with nice and delicious restaurant. Pillow and mattress was comfort. Hotel was 2 star rate at Google Map but personally think at least 3-3.5 stars. All quite new.
